This beautiful looking drink is another concoction using Brothers Vilgalys Beatnik liqueur. The sweet and earthy taste of the Beatnik pair perfectly with the Rye and Aperol. There is just something to me in the beet flavor that asks to be paired with a little grapefruit-like bitterness, which the Aperol provides. A splash of mint at the end, either with simple syrup or muddled in your drink, ties it all together.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Redemption rye
- 1 oz Brothers Vilgalys Beatnik liqueur
- 1/2 oz Grenadine
- 1/2 oz Aperol
- Splash mint simple syrup
Prep a highball glass with crushed ice, shake all ingredients over ice and strain into glass. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!
